2. Services and PricingOur services include coaching and career development offerings. Current pricing (subject to change) is as follows: Certification Coaching – US $2,700 for six months; Interview Training – US $1,000 for three months; Resume Update – US $500 for two months; and Executive Coaching – US $3,000 for six months. Each service duration and cost is listed on the website. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or payment processing fees unless expressly stated.
3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into a binding contract.
4. Payment TermsFull payment is due at the time of booking. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due. All sales are final; refunds are not provided.
5. Scheduling and ReschedulingCoaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion. Unused sessions must be used within the service duration purchased; they do not roll over beyond the agreed period.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll materials provided during coaching (documents, presentations, methodologies, etc.) are our intellectual property. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. No GuaranteesCoaching services aim to provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee specific job offers, promotions, or outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
9. Dispute ResolutionAny dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, United States, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ExceptionsRefunds may be provided only if required by applicable law or if we cancel the service. In such cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the unused portion of the service.

2. Package ServicesService packages (e.g., six-month or three-month programs) must be completed within the time period specified at purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of the term and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
3. No-Show PolicyFailure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a “no-show.” No-shows are counted as used sessions and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
